Policies & Disclaimers

You must be at least 18 years of age to order.

Sales Tax: Florida buyers: a 7% sales tax applies.

Condition: All products are refurbished/used unless otherwise stated.

Shipping:  Products usually ship one to two business days after payment. If you have a rush order, or need an item delivered on Saturday please call to request faster shipping.
All products are shipped and delivered on business days..

Shipping damage:  If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us to setup a carrier damage claim.  Pictures and or a carrier inspection may be required and if available a replacement shipment will be setup. Do not discard any packaging materials.

EU:  This website is only for use outside the EU. If you are interested in our products or services please call for assistance.

International Orders must first be approved, please send us an email for a request.   Payment by wire transfer is required for all international orders. We don’t ship to Indonesia, Uganda, Singapore, Nigeria or Turkey unless payment is made by wire transfer. (no exceptions!!!)
We track IP addresses to help prevent fraud, so we know where you are ordering from.

Canadian shipments: There can be additional fees that UPS, Fedex, and USPS will charge on standard shipments to Canada; (bond and entry prep. fees) as well as a brokerage fees and duties. For more information go to http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca Also keep in mind that NAFTA is only applicable to items manufactured in the United States. These fees are on top of your normal shipping rate.

Warranty:
Most items have a 90 day warranty from invoice date unless the product description says different. New items have a 30 day warranty from invoice date from daplug online.  We don’t express or imply that any item has a factory warranty. Defective items are replaced or repaired first. If repair or replacement isn’t possible then a refund will be given. All refurbished computers are sold with NO operating system, if they still have their COA sticker attached we don’t guarantee that it is usable.  If an item appears to have been physically damaged in shipping we will need to file a claim with our carrier, the original box is required, don’t discard any of the original packaging. If the original packing materials aren’t available the carrier won’t be able to process any claims and no returns will be accepted.

Software: Our refurbished computers come with no software as a base unit, the hard drives will be blank.  We are a Microsoft refurbisher and offer several operating systems as an add on option on most computers. You must select this in the dropdown options section for it to be included or call for assistance with making your selections. The OS price includes the cost of the OS and our service fee to install it & load drivers. Linux is also an option on some computers, the small service fee included for our trained technicians to load the OS and setup drivers.  Other software and images can also be loaded on your PC packages, call for options and cost.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default at our facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If our facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you haven’t registered an account on daplug.online and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

daplug.online does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer – It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Daplug.online reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Payments:  Credit cards payments are captured when your item ships unless it is a special order item. Paypal payments are captured when your order is made.

Chargebacks: There is a $50 charge for any bounced or canceled checks and canceled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or canceled credit cards and checks as well as on any upaid invoices or balances due.

Limitation of Liability:
Daplug Online LLC dba: daplug online (including its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assigns thereof) do not accept liability for any damages including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, injury,  loss of business, loss of data, loss of software or the provision of services and support. Daplug Online LLC will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, Prine Systems, Inc (including its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and permitted assigns thereof) are not liable or responsible for any damages above the amount invoiced by Daplug Online LLC for the said product or service.

Claims: If Customer makes any claims against daplug online or Daplug Online LLC, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in Duval County, Orlando, FL, USA.

It encrypts all credit card information so that it cannot be read over the internet. We never keep credit card numbers on file. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
